Yes you can. But also it depends on what edits/scripts you're using.
If you're using a csv mass spawn edit while having a CE spawn script activated, the CE script will overwrite he CSV, which means only CE spawn, not mass spawn.
But if you mean like skill/zoom while having CSV mass spawn or animation edits, then yes you can have both on and functioning.
