Patch Error

Atm i want to patch dekaron on my laptop but i cant it pops up an error:
"Error occurred while downloading patch.Restart the game again."
What should i do with this? Is it problem with my laptop?

Go to the 2moons carpet and check if version and launcher.config have the same numbers, if not, just change them.
