FIrst try opening it without any bypass, the legit way. If this doesnt solve your problems, try making back the changes you did to the data files recently (if any). If this doesnt solve it, try reinstalling the game.

It works normally without 4.6.17 or 4.6.23 but when I use it crashes. I've also reinstalled it but no dice.
