Nah, fortify percentage is server sided so you can't edit it. Only way to make it easir is buying talismans with real cash.

also you need to fortify 2 items at a time when u try for +7 that might help sometimes.

no it might help as when u fail one then u might pass another one. Thats what most ppl do even though its not proven to work. Ive failed 3 +6 at the same time. and tali always helps.

False, this is as saying that when u flip a coin and the result is tails, the next one is gona be head for sure. Upgrading works with %, so this is false.

it was a suggestion its not guaranteed to work 100% ofcourse tis ur luck when u argate something u can also fail +1s a lot but that way its safer.

they have a new cash item that protects item from +6 -> 7 and higher. high chance item goes to 0 and low low chance in making item +1 less. waste of money tho, id rather lose then have 0.
