question about .csv

so i have managed to edit my .csv files, and can say i am happy with the results. however, there are times where i would wish to run without the hacks on, so my question is this. do i need to c/p the unedited files each time, or could i just do a 2nd install?

Just go into your data file, open the shadow file and edit the PackIO to 1 when you want to run the game without hacks and to 0 when you want to hack.

ahh ok. i was wondering what that meant when i changed it the first time. so more specifically, what does PackIO stand for?

When PackIO is set to 1, the game is using the pack.d00, pack.d0n and so on files.
When PackIO is set to 0, the game is using the csv files.

kk thx. i know what the 0 and 1 means, had that much figured out

now i digress intoa different question. i know with speed hack, it makes your char invisible. my question is this. does invisible happen when speed reaches a certain multiple (ex. x4 normal speed), or as soon as it is faster than the server would normally allow?

I believe that when you set your character speed to anything under 3, you are visible. I have mine on 3 and people cant see me.

u need ALL the csv file, from ALL packs.... unpacked of course

so with changing MELEE_ATTACK to PERSUIT, it makes then not attack, but what if you changed all of the melee to range, and vice versa?

Unless im mistaken(still relatively new to this aswell^^)it will attempt to attack you with ranged attack,but as it doesnt have one it wont be able attack at all.

i was thinking that and i might try it though to see..b/c persuit does get a bit annoying.

i unpacked everything, and changed it to PackIO, crashing stopped but now i'm getting invalid client. and yes i did check the CRC bypass in the rexignation launcher. gah.

Is your crc folder up to date?

To create one:
-make sure your data files are not edited in anyway
-login game using xigncode crc bypass

Now you should have a crc folder in your bin folder and are free to do whatever edits you want(keep the file size same as the original ofc)and should be able to logon fine with rexign crc.

2. On box B2 (DwExploreRange...........for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 4 to 1000
3. On box C2 (DwSight........................for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 13 to 1000
4. On box D2 (DwPersuitRange...........for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 13 to 1000
5. On box F2 (DwExploreStandDelay...for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 2000 to 0
6. On box I2 (DwMoveDelay................for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 1000 to 1
7. On box Q2 (dwFollowTarget............for 101=SpiderLarva) change the 2 to 1000

the persuit range...is that for how many units away the mob will persue you at?
and the follow is how far they will follow you? i guess im basically asking for a short description.

edit: i had also edited the .csv file and set the mob speed to 10. i know they cant keep up with my char, but was wondering how high it could be set.
