It is possible as you see, but he needs to find the right value out of 1,000, still doesn't prove anything wrong, just right.

Once you find the right offset to change, it will always remain the same until they update the game, so once you find it, its 100%.

well i wasn't talking about which way is easier or not, you just said that it can't be done with CE. and i was just stating that it can be, saying whether its hard or easy to do is not the point.

I don't understand why you keep getting further from the point lol. What you said was that it can't be done with CE (mass spawn), and it can. So that should be the end of the discussion about that, but if you wanna talk about this 'theory' thats behind my answers. Either take it too a pm with me, though even there i'll say that there isn't any 'theory' but its the way the game is designed by themselves .csv's / data.pak doesn't do anything the dekaron.exe is needed to load and store those values to put them to use. So if the values get loaded, stored, and put to use in the dekaron.exe that means you can edit the dekaron.exe to edit those values (i.e. CE).
