i have a question:are there any hacks for global ?

nothing changed, everything is also updated as before so just go to 2moons bots hacks exploit...section and click on the first sticky with all hacks and change the offsets for CE (there is also a tut on how to do it) all you need is to search a bit ^^

is the drako9`s list of public hacks working for global ? i just want to know if data editing and CE from his post are working.
