Updated vac,no-aggro, ect.

Im new to all this and looking for updated working hacks and a somewhat of an "instructions manual" to go along with it. I dont really know what im doing so alot of tips and advice would be appriciated. also ive been up and down through this forum reading and reading and have no clue what im looking at. So try not to flame to hard
