About Speed Mobs
I've been testing the speed of mobs when vacking. Well i have a question i'de like to be answered, if you can ofc.
Quote:
To help reduce crashes you can change the speed of how fast the mob runs. Find the code
Code:
mov [esi+00000070], 41400000 // speed of the mob
Now you can change 41400000 back to the default 40900000, or
to any of these:
40c00000 = 6 lv 1
40400000 = 12 lv 2
41c00000 = 24 lv 3
|
This is the quote of the speed of mobs, my CE script is using the 4140000 value, and it works fine, the only problem is the mobs run too far away from the aoe's.
And all those values, lv1 lv2 lv3 are the same speed..... I can't find a speed between the 41400000 and the 41c00000....
Anyone can tell me a speed that makes the mobs closer to you when aoe'ing?

lol i dont think its mobs speed that keep them close to you
is csv, this parametrer is called dw persuit range, the smaller the number, the closer the mobs stay to you.
try finding something like that on CE

Actually if you make the mob speed 40c (normal speed) then they will move closer to you. But that screws up your whole vaccing.
But you can edit your non-agro to make them closer. I have one like this, i have no idea where i got it from, but it sucks for mobbing. When you first go to mob up some of the mobbing mobs, the first few are ok then the mobbing mobs get like in a lag sort of pattern and you have to kinda zig-zag alot for them to go to you. it gets worse as you get more mobs. But when you are ready to kill them, they are real close to you and are very easy to kill. I usually use this one only for Crespo dungeons.
But then i have one that i got from that tut and it works great for mobbing. The mobs move at your pace no matter how big. Just that when you want to kill them they are somewhat a distance away from you but you are still able to kill them. It is probaly the same that you have now, but it might not be.
But yea anyways try to look at your non-agro script and edit in there. If you want the ones i using just pm me
