Dekaron Server files

ok so i have been search for dekaron server files and i found a post but it required microsoft SQL 2000 which i cant find anywhere so does anyone have server files that are already configured with a client if so you can you upload them also if you have to use a program tell me the site where you got it please. thank you if you do have the files and the client if you do post them i will ask some questions like how do i change the exp rates, argo rates, stats perlevel ect. again thank you if you can upload the server files and the client i would GREATLY appreciate it.

sql is for your database.
Im pretty sure you would want a database.
