well i dont know does it work but u could always try to get a weapon wich gives u like 1% more speed search for unknown value in ce then unequip it search for decrased value(cos ur speed was 101% with equiped weapon and 100% without equiped weapon)equip it search for incrased and try to incrase the value u get,if it works gz , if not...i cant think of anything elese , if it works great....
