Conclusion: Checked the files, both hidden, supper hidden, on both gameguard folders and bin, didnt find any suspicious xigncode hidden files.

Nar, I bet you they fix the character issue, but I dont think they will implement Xigncode till next week as scheduled. If they were they woulda just done it 2 days ago.

This conclusion is not valid, you can e.g. save an exe in another's exe ressource section. So, there is no need to have a seperated xigncode.exe file in the folders.
