i found this from some other forum, not sure if it works

Make sure you have 2 computers.
Download and install ProxyCap on your gaming computer
Second Step:
Download CCProxy on 2nd computer
Download Wpe Pro on 2nd computer
Settings:
ProxyCap Settings (ON MAIN COMPUTER)
Type: Socks v5
Server: Add IP of your 2nd computer
Port: 1080
WPE Settings: (ON 2ND COMPUTER)
Go to View>Opitions
Make sure WinSocks 1.1 there's nothing checked
Go to WinSocks 2.0 Make sure everything is checked
On the second computer have ccproxy opened and wpe pro opened first.
(MAKE SURE CCPROXY WAS OPENED BEFORE WPE PRO) Then on your main
computer open proxycap and log in normally and start the game. At the
channel after you have logged in the server successfully go to your 2nd
computer and target
CCProxy.exe
what you are trying to do here is intercept the routine packets for
fortification.
go to the game and + an item, the caculations for the actuall + that it
will be going to is server side, not client side. what this means is
that you fortify an item and this is what is acctually happening.
client tells server you are trying to fortify, server sees what the %
of success is, then if you fail it sends back a packet telling the
client to fail the item. but here is what we are really lookin for, if
the server decides to succeed it, it sends a packet back telling the
client you succeeded and to succeed your fortification. (there is a
signature attached to the packets)
ok here is what needs to be done, since you cannot find your
dekaron.exe with wpe on your local computers that is where the 2nd pc
comes in. you are getting and sending packets hidden on
your
local pc
but they are exposed on your 2nd computer to intercept and modify.
so go + an item and get the succeeded packet routine. then + till you
fail and get the fail routine packets.
now filter out the fail packets coming back in and change them to the
succeeded packets. once you have done this the routine should be this
client says hello i am trying to fortify, here is my item, lvl and
percent. the server says ok, and makes the decision to fail you (which
isnt recorded). the packet is sent back to you, then that packets hits
your filter and is turned into the succeeded packet.
