It Exists. I figured out. Nothing is free, and your not going to accomplish anything begging for it. Figure it out yourself like we did and then you will understand why people dont just hand out their hard work.
you guys have to debug EAX register first as coca said. so unless you did i wouldn't be testing lol.
and can someone answer my very nub question xD, is debugging a register the same as changing the value of that register?

that ss doesn't show you have worked it out, all it shows is a client change in the text.
Ok Im going to show some proofs you can't change anymore the succes rate of items or talis. Talis, argates, items and calculation of succes rate is made it on SERVER SIDED. The only way u can do it is by injecting into their db like cocacola did (I think) so u can change anything u want.

As u can see theres a flag in the packet at the end of the packet (flag 00/01).
00 - means with no talis.
01 - means with talis.
Rest of the packet data is the type of ur item and some checks.
Not sure if what this guy xCoCaKoLax showing is true, since all of this can be edited for visual seeing with CE,.. and no i still dont belive you can edit success rate with cheat engine.. so the picture dont really show much...
the mount hack might works thought since the idea of seems right just like move on minimap, but since you bought a mount you might aswell use it...
After some work, I changed the value to 99% too. At first time i thought it had worked, i made 2 +7 items in a row. But just 2 items, others failed as usual.
Just had lucky on 2 items.
ive seen cocacola ingame hes like lvl 123, saw him at duke df he was just pvping lol, and as far as i saw all his equips were glowing orange of a +7-+9 so i can assume there +9.
