is there a program that unpack dekaron.exe and i can later re-pack it?

No but theres a video tut on some forum on how to unpack dekaron.exe file using olly.

i have an e-book on unpacking XD, but its a lil too big for me to upload hehehe. and yeh unpacking you do in olly, you either do it manually or if you've got a script you could use that. as for re-packing look at what the already packed file is packed and encrypted with, you can use PEiD to check that.
