if he didnt give u the email...... like the email account needs to be yours
or he could get the account back very easily

well if u change your name and surname at dekaron he cant change password.. and u should delete email when u get that...

On dekaron everything can be taken back. How? Easy. The registered email can be taken back by contacting the email provider. Let's say.. Yahoo. You call the yahoo support, tell them your account has been hacked and they will ask you for some private infos. For example the date when you created the email, contacts you've sent emails too, etc. Once you answer the questions, you get the email back. With the registered email once taken, all you have to do is send a ticket to nexon and ask them to re-send you the account infos to the registered email (I did that like 1 month ago when I reinstalled windows and lost an account). Account buying is really not safe and I wouldn't recommend it.

it not safe to buy account because u WILL get hack so just open one your own and pay someone power lvl it,that the best way. even if you buy an account and delete the email there still a way for the original owner to recover it .

If you manage to find a way to permanently close an email address then you could recreate the email address again and use info only you would know. Also, remember to record the date you recreated the email address....

That way the original owner wont know when it got deleted and wont know when you recreated it. Also, once you've recreated the email address, send 5 emails with titles you will remember to another email address and that way you will be able to tell the email service provider who you sent the emails to and with what titles.

It's very easy to make it so the original email owner cant get it back so long as the email service provider allows you to close down the email address so you can recreate it.

I suggest you do more research on how to close email accounts before you go buying accounts. Knowing how to close the email account is very handy when it comes to keeping your account safe.
