Does anyone knows where to change the speed of the NPC mounts ?

I did find the address for the mounts, but no sign of their speed.

Except increasing mounts's speed you can use speedhack

Yeah, I know, but I'm trying to slow it down. When I use it, I DC, because it's running to fast !
