Just a guess - You have read-only mode on. Disable that, then you can edit.
And like others said. Think logically, this is the release section. So what does that mean? Here people release hacks. This thread doesn't look like a release, does it? And even more, there is a tag on the release section stating [No-Questions]. Thanks...
