lol how long did it take you to copy and paste those all in perfect order? With the take it took you to do that you could have had your skillhack working.
Anyways, the no_cancels are what you have to change for cast time. Just find the lvl of your skill then find the corresponding set of no_cancels example is lvl one skill change first set of no_cancels. Get it?
Thats for no cast time.
Now scroll all the way down to the other stuff nad you should see numbers with the beginning that starts with ..1 then numbers then ..2 then numbers
Again find your skills lvl and then go to the corresponding ..number and after it change the long number like 60000 to all 0
You're done and if you cant follow those directions I don't know what to tell you bucko. GL tho.
