Dekaron Need Help Please!

Hey guys ive just started to come back to Dekaron i played it awhile ago when acclaim shut down and now I'm not sure but i keep getting these weird errors on the dekaron nexon eu and when ever i login it says "Dissconnected" and i managed to download the game in the end and had to do lots of up dates and when i used the mini launcher it would load op the launcher and stuff then i would hit game start and it would load then say "Authorize Failed" now I'm not sure if nexon eu came in and wrecked dekaron so only eu players can play it
