Skills NOT working!!!

yea i have vac,wall,and skill hack. And after i logged on i cant use any skills, even the non-hacked ones. i tryed with another char, not working. when tryed with the non-hacked client everything works fine. i rebooted my PC still same ****
Acclaim did a patch???? or changed some server values so skill hack wont work?
why its taking effect now and not yesterday?
any1 having same probs? ideas?
