bugged amulet

hello, how comes it to have a bugged amulet?
how to get something like that?

it happens random because its just a bug in their "database".
So you can`t do anything to get it then just hope.

The most bugged Amulets came when there was a free 7 days 200% amu for new chars.
I created lots of them for hacking them up and had to see some was bugged!

actually the only bugged amulets I know of are the 7 days 200%s from the event. gamehi deleted all of them which were already open, but people with boxes with the amulets were safe and if they still have them, the amulet will get bugged and they will be able to use it forever, or at least as long as nexon doesnt fix it.

Does it work on the 14day 100% tali (I think its 14day!) I haven't opened one yet since gh event ?
