just try to open the game twice, and you will be multi-client.

go windows mode and open the game as much as you want

Open one client (in window or fullscreen, doesn't matter) and wait for it to load to the login screen.

Leave the first client on the login screen and alt-tab (if fullscreen) and open a second client.

When the second client reaches the login screen, go ahead and log one account in at a time and vwala, multi loging.

You can open as many accounts as your computer will handle.

you dont need to wait till it goes to the login screen to open the next one, you can open the next one when you reach the acclaim logo. only time you cant open the second one is when its doing the gg cause it'll stop it so just wait till after that and if your using ggk you wont have that.
