hi guy... sorry for such a question... i know that Vac-hex can alter mob/skill delay timing...
but is it possible to change, let say you are level 85. but u can use a lvl92 skill....

Indeed it is, but why?
If you switch e.g. cursefield with genocide, your client will ask the server wether you have learned genocide or not and it will find that you did not learn this skill, so he will not let you execute the skill.
Maybe you can alter the requirements I did not try this out yet.
[Not tested idea:The client will ask the server if you have learned the skill, you did not but this is not a problem since you do not need to learn the skill in order to cast it.] (Even if you change the requirements, I do not think that acclaim set Genocide(lvl0) up to make damage.)
