Which order do you do it all?

Nothing much I just skip the wooden walls except the laiden one and I skip the bishop, wallhack in the beginning and speedhack throughout the entire map. Within 2 minutes I have the lupains killed and on my way to the laiden. Skip the bishop btw, killing the bishop is pointless, you can just wallhack to the argate after you killed the laiden(s)
