Question

It's not about dekaron, it's about my profile . I do not know the reason why my profile pic can not be seen . Any ideas?

perhaps you have to confirm your acc through the emails that epvp has sent to you

Because you're uploading it as a profile picture, you should do it as an avatar.
Go to your user CP and click "Edit Avatar" (Not "Edit Profile Picture")
