i see alot of ppl who give us what to do on winhex
to put new folder and do some ****
nobody can put all together put it on rar and upload?
just a USA folder like akk the time
plz i need this **** to lvl to 115..

hellllooooo. they are giving u a simple basic tutorial of "how to....", this way u could learn something, some ex.: u could learn to make ur own changes in the pack-whats-is-name.cant-remember-its-extension (lol).
btw, is that hard to open pack.d04 in winhex or hex workshop, drag & drop some files in it and save ...???!!
