Ok, I'm sorry for asking as I know many of you will think it's a super n00b question but... if I get the 2Moons EU normal version will it affect my Hacked version of 2Moons for the US ? Also if I get 2Moons EU do I need some sort of IP bypass or are all regions accepted ?

2moons is 2moon theres NO 2moons eu. Only dekaron eu. As long as none of them are in the same folder then it will not effect. You can have as many 2moons/dekaron eu as u want. None will effect each other.
