Like for example, someone is trying to scam me with [GM] Tag, and he isn't a gm, just a normal player, so is there anyway to find who is doing that?

no. teach the names of GMs would be the best way to find indentity thiefs. altho not many ppl can do it anyways.

Name hackers, well, that's mostly server side (or it use to be, only the shout and whisper functions worked with name hack). The easiest way to find a name hacker is to send him a whisper and wait for a reply. There was also a trick with the friend chat, where it seemed like a GM entered your PM, tho that was easy to spot because the "GM" reply is along side the reply of the person you're talking to.
