So i need that dust powder or something to enter the chamber of illusion and kill the golden dragon right? And if i want to get 1 dust powder I need 60 illusion fragments, what's the fastest way to get' em?

Does "princess rossea" drop it often?

drop rate for the item iteself is 100% but getting the SET with the item is 50% as far as I remember, it's either 50 or 30%. I dont feel like checking it now though.
