do i still need to find the UCE even tho i have gg killer? can i only use CE ? coz some hack works and some dont...

Once GG is COMPLETELY bypassed (which GG Killer does), yes, theoretically, you could use any cheat engine. GameGuard only blocks certain cheat engines by names it finds in the process.
