I think this is not what he is looking for. Im pretty sure what he is talking about is a hack for increased ATTACK speed. I saw that on CroNous, where you could make about 10 atacks per second. But i think even if there is such hack it would be really useless for 2moons/dekaron because you cant deal the dmg with ur atk what you can do with skills. Not even if you attack 20 times per second, because AOE > attack speed hack
