U can't As soon as u start to use wallhack, u will need to use your keyboard (WASD, like in first-person shooters) to move around. Otherwise your char will fly around when left-clicking on the ground.

One more thing, when i change the .mac file to login.mac and i try to walk around , there are invisible barriers , is there any fix for this?

its not that because i wanted to edit it for a private server in which csv files dont work
