USA folder that doesnt spawn egos

Hey im looking for a usa folder that doesnt spawn all those egos, cuz they can cause alot of lag.

Can someone tell me where where I can get the US folder? I dont see it anywhere in the 2moons folder.

But ok: Unpack your data.pak and u will have all the CSV files u need (The "eur" folder u have to create ur selfe)

Do I have to get the PAK file to a new folder and unpack it. Then move it to the destinated area ?
