Try to use GOOGLE for your guide. Typ something like Packet sniffing guide or Packet recieving and sending guide or whateva. You will find somethign for sure.

yeah i found mq2 and ill post some program to do this but atm 3 xp and i suggest u guys get on it.... i kept on disconnecting.

first u gotta figure out wat programming language u want to make one in, u would want to do it in either c# or c++. then u have to figure out wats the server IP's. after that its basically jus programming after a couple of minor changes...
