site+game doesnt work for me

only site works if i use proxy did i get ip banned for vac or botting? did this happen to anyone before/anyone else ...coz idk what to do now....idk if it is just me or every1 else...

europen are ip blocked for (eine weile) som of my guild can play som can´t play
