Can i add skill hack to the 2moons USA folder ?

So im wandering
im using the USA folder in 2moons
i edited the mage skills lvl 36 and lvl 27 (for now..)
i placed my edited skills folder inside the share folder and launched the game
but i still didn't have skill hack
so im wandering is it possible to have Skill hack thru CSV
i prolly did sumthing wrong cuz if i can use Vac
then its possible to use skill hack too
pm me with ideas or if u want others to learn it too
post it here

As far as I try none. Tried editing skill csv folder but none.

skills are now server sided thts y u can't edit it
