Global Tele Hack

Does anyone know how to use/create/activate teleport hack on Global? I really dont want to use any kind of hack except tele hack. Sorry for being LAZY but I really hate walking all through the end of the map just to finish some quest.

csv edit cant use tele hack ... with CE is posible but u need bypass for that andrew_seul have CE hack

idk if he is still selling or not ...

Like elfulll said, with CSV you can't edit a tele hack.
Secondly there is no tutorial on how to make a bypass and using .CT tables with it.
