they blocked countries outside North America at 12/1/08, i think
. but this restriction is only for the ones who make an 2moons account after that day. everyone who made the account at the end of last year is still playing (including me, & i m from europe
).
if ur accounts are older than 12 january 2008 then try asking them a new password for your accounts or if are younger try this:
