Help The Choob

As of late i've been searching the web for the notorious "zomg get all my gear to +9 hack", but with dismay. Everything I find costs money (not too crazy about sending my credit card number to a stranger). Furthermore, are there any suggestions you guys have for someone who has never worked with these programs before (is it possible)? Any light you get shed onto this problem would be more than appreciated. Thanks in advance.

i dont want to see all players wearing +9 **** thats too lame when it happens^^

lol he really didnt hacked it to +9 , thats all i have to say but i know who is doing it ^^ an he does it only for his friends an guild members that are relatively close to him.

I can't really blame him, I would probably end up doing the same if I could hack like that.
