Game Starting *Don't Send*

When I start dekaron, it says Game Starting *Don't Send*, i tried reinstalling so many time, what should I do?

Win7 x64 event viewer says xigncode is incompatible. Perhaps a recent kernel patch via windows update is the reason for this.

Hello, I'm new to silkroad and I'm having a problem opening the game at the moment, when i try to run the silkroad online client i get a message saying - "The server is undergoing inspection or updates. Connect to 'silkroad website' for more information" and this message has been appearing on my computer screen since yesterday around 4pm, its now been around 26 hours and I'm still receiving this message. what do i do? or how long will this 'update' take?
