make few servers someting like this

1 .normall server high exp

2 .hacker server

maybe some other ...

and have fun hacking there

so stop asking for : How can i hack , where can i get hacks

And if you do that do it right

for hacker server don't vachack all mobs, make a limiet of 25 mobs

and also you can add more mobs on map so every 1 has some !
