umm you clearly don't understand. To be able for the non-aggro to work you have to use the usa folder now. You cannot edit it in winhex anymore (as far as im aware of.) There has been a release on the other forum with every map / mob aggro just simply place the usa folder in your data folder. If you want to change some of the mobs, go into the file and change them there.
