I've been messing around with the skills for the past week, and i need some hints/help.

1.Mana usage is client-side
(ResoureMP) pretty obvious, just change to 0.2.CastTick, aka skill SpeedHack. (TimeTick is the one to edit), just use your brains, dont make it 0
or else u end up with only 1 hit. Make sure u edit all the hits ( like if skill has 3 hits, edit all three lol).3.CoolTick. The cooldown time for the skill. Been messing with this for ages, only figured that aside from CoolTick being server-side
here's what happens when u change it to 0. the cooltime becomes ''skill was stopped'' ingame, as u try to spam it. Now, somehow some guys managed to get past this, but im stuck here 
What is interesting to change is ComboStart and ComboEnd, I tried ComboEnd to 99, it does the skill once, then the animation continues like that,just no dmge. Hints or help here would be welcome.4.Melee SkillRange. I thought i had it nailed, but apparently changing completely wrong things. Again, help appreciated!
5.Skill Dmge. As you may have seen in the link mentioned, this changing of Arg3 only seems to work with a 1hit skill. Doesn't work for 2 hit or higher for me.
This is a brief summary of what does work, i would certainly appreciate some hints or help with the cooldown times and skill range
