wow 4 hour later.. i could imagine that if you would be #13723
..but #22???

I decided to go to bed
right now it is 6:30 am, i tried live support around 6pm yesterday
still waiting... but now im #5

I was number 10 in a row and i needet to wait 18 hours and that i hear from this support guy that he cant help me

how u know that ur position changed? u always reconnected to the live chat? .. normally it just tells u the position when u start the chat.. after that u should only get a msg that all operaters are busy or something.

yea after i was in live support being number 23, after 17 hours i refreshed because i wasnt getting anywhere.
I then saw i was #5
