hey all
i have some bad new ( maybe for some good )
i will leave theelitepvpers 2moons forum
i want too leave the 2moons underground
and the rank forum guard as well.
the reason for this is that my account was over the 2moons data base
or a gm did **** were because my registerd email was changed and my pw
and it is shown in the database that i was never changed ( ichanged it 3 times by me)
so it looks like i will not get my account back from acclaim.

first i was live chat he said he cant help me ... he said that he suggest too write an email to othe support XD
fun part: too an answer it takes max 24 hours XD!!!!!!!!!!!!! he said that

as i was banned i wrote each hour an email over 5 days
and they answered every 10th mail

i thought someday i hit a nice support member which give me back my account hehe

keep e-mailing the support like cosmos said !! my main 90+ account been ban but i still got it back for like a week after... ^^ i almost give up tho coz it takes too long... hehe

I got by banned/hacked account after a week too...Talk to live support, then IRC then mail support at least once a day...

sad to see this happening..i think its just an error, this happened to me , my e-mail was not the one with the account , but acclaim know with what e-mail that account was registered on the first time , and they will reset your password , and if that is not possible , they will make you another account with the same level and with the same items and dil (aproximately) also if you buyed coins , tell them. just wait , you will get it back .
