sad to see this happening..i think its just an error, this happened to me , my e-mail was not the one with the account , but acclaim know with what e-mail that account was registered on the first time , and they will reset your password , and if that is not possible , they will make you another account with the same level and with the same items and dil (aproximately) also if you buyed coins , tell them. just wait , you will get it back .
