Hmm I tried changing the Arg3 a while ago but nothing changed. I'll try it again.
Edit: R5 Silent Killer, R8 Triangle Shot, and R3 Dead Spin didn't work by changing Arg3 values. Changing start and endcombos to 91,9x or higher doesn't work for R3 Dead Spin for me, but works for R8 Tri shot and R5 silent killer. So it won't work for all abilities.

rank 5 or level 5.
You can also edit the status.csv file, since it's the only csv file 2moons opens from the skill folder. The only things I managed to change were the % speed buffs and % attack speed buffs, but they DC me.

That explains a lot... seems to me none of the summoner skills work... at first I thought this didn't work at all.
EDIT: The CSV file gives me different info then the .pak, what does that mean?

and it give something like a crit hit hack cuz i saw an AK crit 9,5k in pvp at a high lvl =0

@Red Pirate: Are you sure you arne't looking into the folders inside the skills folder? Those have different values than the ones outside.
@blubba123: I can't even understand what you're saying.
Speaking of crits, my bagi friend (100+) got hit by a 23k skill crit from a hunter the other day. Twice actually, from the same guy. He was maybe around 110+ or something. He must have been using a skill edit, imo.

I found how to edit most of the skills, i managed to make them to make instant cast of all hist , no mana use, no cool down, so they attack extremely fast. Now the question is , who can pm me to tell me how i can make a winhex script to make some skills for you guys. Who know this good , pm me ;)
PS, i will make a video to show how the skills react.
This is for EU Dekaron only.
