2moons private server trouble connecting

im on server 3, i was playing it fine, got my bagi up to lvl 40 but now all of a sudden i cant connect, anyone else having trouble connecting to the private server? on server 3? problem is i cant understand chinese so i cant understand wtf is popping up on the login screen

Server 3 seems to be down atm. Maybe they fix the double stats thing..
