why monsters attack at high lvls

I know several people that this has happened to, and i dont know why.

for some reason high lvl monsters tend to attack you. if you vac to many of them


any one know why?

you get attacked if there is another player without edited PAK file in your monsters sight range.

no, cause it also happens in crespo dungeon when im soloing

if i go and break all the coffins with the zombies and try to bring them near to me at the same time, they start to attack.

so i know that its not another person.

Some skills tend to aggro the monsters into attacking you I have no clue why, but for me its staff spells, your a bagi so by any chance is it your knockbacks, or your stun aoe? That you use before they attack you?

had this happen too in aqua seems the electrons attack for some reason, not sure always figured it was from lag

when i lag or my hdd does some **** (its an old one and about to die), then the mobs seem to forget for a second that they shouldnt attack...
hurts pretty much when all start to hit me at once lol
so i started not to pull that big lures anymore and now everythings fine

Are they ranged mobs? If you set the cell range to 0, they can still attack you if they get into that 0 cell range.

i was in life nothing hit me
i chaneged to heart (noone was there) the monster hit me !? x.O

I have the same problem. I cant solo Crespo C EASILY...i always get killed at the Mini Boss with the 8 Horace Ghost and in the Chamber with the Coffin of...Wrath...i take to much damage and must use 40x820Hp Potions and this is not the sense of a vac/AI Hack. So can we do anything against that problem?

Edit: I think we must change only some values in Winhex. Look at that Picture:




Its the Gielogun Warrior who have a second "Power Attack", if u look on the DwInfoIndex u see the market values and the description of them. After that is the Power Range Attack who is 0, cause G Warrior have no Range Attack. So that must be the values...but change to which values?

I think it depends from the kind of mob. Mob that attack also with cellrange to 0 are Horace, Algol, Lupain, Laiden sometimes Alderaim. Other mobs of 60+ dungeon don't attack. Mob of 90+ dungeon don't attack. Those mob of 60+ dungeon attack in A,B and C dungeon that's why I can solo A dungeon only after lvl 92 (Bagi). But I can't understand why...

Mobs have Normal Attacks, Power and Special Attacks and often it is a power or special attack cause with the Editor u can only turn out the normal (melee or range ) attack. For Example Horace use a Power Attack and Gielogun Warrior use a power attack to (he take the staff and knock him on the ground and the flame appear).

And that i wanna turn out, but i dont know how.

I don't think it depends from the kind of attack (Normal,Power,Special) because ice zombie have normal, special, power attack but with cell range to 0 they can't attack you. Lupain(Dark, Beyond...) have only Normal attack but if you set cell range to 0 they will attack you sometimes. So I think the reason is somewhere else...
