This is actually very simple, and I was surprised to not see it posted here on the forums, so here you go.
1) Enable the Ad/Banner system for BonusXP (On by default)
2) Disable the Ad/Banner system - do not reset client
3) Done! Now your getting the bonus XP without having to see any banners.
This works because the game requires a restart (at least a relog or a new charatcer selection) in order to enable/disable the bonuses for the ad system... But when you turn it off, it disables the banners right away. So, as long as you don't restart, you'll get the bonus XP without having to see any banners.
